Question
What should I do if a coupon code won't apply during checkout?
Answer
If a coupon code will not apply during checkout, do not abandon the order. Contact 4OVER4 support with the exact code and the team can review it and, when it is valid, apply the discount manually and send you a revised invoice.
- Have the coupon code and your order details ready when you reach out
- Support can apply a valid discount by hand and reissue an updated invoice
- Reach the team by phone or email using the contact information on the website
