Question
Why is my coupon code not working, and are there restrictions on which products it applies to?
Answer
Some codes only work on certain product categories, so an error usually means the item falls outside that code's rules.
- Read the coupon's terms for any product or category limits.
- Check the expiration date and any minimum order amount.
- Make sure the code is typed exactly, with no extra spaces.
- If it still fails on an eligible item, contact support to confirm which products qualify.
