What should I do if a payment method I added isn't showing up at checkout?
Answer
When a card you added does not appear at checkout, a few quick checks usually restore it. This is typically a display sync issue, not a lost card.
- Refresh the checkout page and re-select your card.
- Confirm the card is still saved in your account settings and set as the default, then refresh so it populates.
- If the card shows but the order will not complete, enter the CVV code and click authorize.
- Clear your browser cache or try another browser if it still does not appear.
If none of that works, contact 4OVER4 customer support with your order number. You can identify the card safely by its last four digits, no full number needed. An agent can verify which payment method is on file for your account, troubleshoot why it is not showing as an available option, and approve the order on your behalf so it releases to print without you re-entering anything.
