Yes. 4OVER4 sends an email notification as soon as your online proof is ready to review, and email is not the only way to keep track of it.

• Check proof status any time by logging into your account and opening the order.
• Confirm the correct email address is on your account and order so notifications reach you.
• If your approval is still pending, you may receive reminder emails so the order does not stall.
• If the email has not arrived, look in your spam, junk, and promotions folders, since automated proof emails sometimes land there.
• Add the sender address to your safe-sender list so future notifications reach your inbox.
• If you chose the free online proof, production does not begin until you approve it, so a missed email will not push the job forward without you.
• If you still cannot find the proof after a reasonable wait, contact customer support and they can resend it or walk you through approval.

The same email goes out when an updated proof is posted after you upload a revised file. A rep checks the new file and re-proofs it, so you do not need to contact support.
