• Confirm the correct email address is on your account and order so notifications reach you.
• If your approval is still pending, you may receive reminder emails so the order does not stall.
• If the email has not arrived, look in your spam, junk, and promotions folders, since automated proof emails sometimes land there.
• Add the sender address to your safe-sender list so future notifications reach your inbox.
