Yes. You can route order proofs to more than one recipient so the right people review and sign off. One address is set as the primary approval contact, and others are added as secondary recipients who receive the proof for review.
- Primary contact: the address responsible for final proof approval.
- Secondary recipients: added addresses that receive the proof so they can review alongside the primary.
- Useful when a manager, designer, and client all need eyes on the proof before it goes to press.
