After you reject a proof and upload a corrected file, the system can take a little time to process and swap in the new version. A delay does not mean your file was lost.
- Give it a short window to finish processing before assuming something went wrong.
- If it still has not updated, contact 4OVER4 support with your order reference.
- Support can confirm your corrected file was received and is the version in queue.
Once confirmed, the updated file moves forward to production, so a quick check with support settles it fast.
