Can I get a proof as a PDF file instead of reviewing it online?

Proofs are provided online for review inside your account. How proofing works also depends on the option you picked at checkout.

• If you selected online proofs, you review and approve them on the Proofs Page in your 4OVER4 account.
• If your job was set to Straight To Production, no proof approval is required and it goes into production automatically after file review.
• For a PDF copy or another format, contact support with your job or order number; they can send a downloadable PDF you can save and forward to stakeholders who do not have account access.
• A PDF proof is handy for group sign-off and for verifying sizing, layout, design accuracy, and compliance with standards such as USPS mailing requirements before final printing.
• After collecting feedback, enter the final approval yourself, since only the account holder can approve the proof.

When exact color or a printed sample matters, ask support about a hard copy proof option before you place the order.
