Pixelation on big prints almost always traces back to resolution. Build the file at the final print size and at a high enough resolution so the image stays crisp when scaled up.

• Use 300 dpi at the actual finished dimensions, not at a smaller size that gets enlarged.
• Start from high-quality source images. Upscaling a small photo just reintroduces blur.
• Vector art (logos, text) stays sharp at any size, so use it where possible.
