What paper stock works best for postcard mailers?
For postcards that travel through the mail, thicker stock holds up better and simply feels more substantial in hand. A heavier card resists bending through automated sorting and lands with more presence in the mailbox.

As a rule of thumb, standard 14pt keeps cost per piece down on high-volume sends, while 16pt and heavier suits luxury branding, real estate, and premium campaigns where the card should feel like an investment.
