Foamcore files are simple to prep if you match the print specs before exporting.
- Color mode: CMYK for accurate printed color.
- Resolution: 150 DPI minimum at final size (higher is fine for small pieces).
- Bleed: 0.125 inches on every side.
- Safe zone: keep text and logos at least 0.125 inches inside the trim.
- Format: a flattened, print-ready PDF is ideal.
A quick file review before production catches low-resolution images, missing bleed, or RGB color so issues get fixed before anything prints.
