How do I prevent air bubbles when laminating to the lens sheet?

Trapped air comes from adhesive choice, technique, and environment. Slowing down is the single most effective fix.

• Use optically clear adhesive (OCA) film rather than spray adhesive.
• Start bonding from the center and work outward with a rubber roller or squeegee.
• Apply firm, even pressure the whole way across.
• Work in a dust-free space so particles do not create bubbles of their own.
