How do I prevent air bubbles when applying Window Clings?

A clean surface and a slow, deliberate application are the secret to a bubble-free window cling. Give yourself room to reposition and push air out as you go rather than trapping it in the middle.

• Clean the glass thoroughly with glass cleaner and let it dry fully.
• Mist the glass lightly with water, which lets you slide the cling into place before it sets.
• Line up one edge first, then lower the rest of the cling onto the glass gradually.
• Use a squeegee or the flat edge of a card to smooth from that first edge outward, pushing air toward the open side.
• Lift and reset any section that catches a large bubble, and work small ones out with firm, even pressure toward the nearest edge.

Any small bubbles that remain usually vanish within 24 hours as the cling settles against the glass.
