Plastic credit cards print at the standard 2.125" x 3.375" on 30mil white plastic, the thickness of a bank card, with 1/8" rounded corners. A run of 250 is $226.11 and 1,000 are $377.68, made in 15 business days.

Emboss the card number in 14pt or 18pt type, plain or tipped in gold or silver, and add a LoCo or HiCo magnetic stripe, a barcode in Code 128, Code 39, UPC-A or EAN-13, or a signature panel.
