30mil White Plastic Cards Video Overview

30mil white plastic cards are opaque PVC at the size and thickness of a bank card, 2.125" x 3.375" with 1/8" rounded corners, for gift cards, loyalty cards and member badges. Finish them in UV Gloss or Silk Laminated Matte, and print full color on the front only or on both sides.

The smallest order is 250 cards at $226.11; 500 cards cost $276.63, only $50.52 more. You can add a scratch-off PIN, a LoCo or HiCo magnetic stripe, a signature panel, Code 128, Code 39, UPC-A or EAN-13 barcodes, embossed numbers with gold or silver tipping, and a lanyard slot. Every option runs on the same 15 business day production time. Configure yours on the 30mil white plastic cards product page, or compare clear and frosted stocks in gift card printing.
