4OVER4 asks for 1/8 in of bleed on standard print and 1/4 in on large format. This page uses the standard figure because the configurator marks this product as standard print.
A table tent is printed flat and scored twice: two faces and a base flap. The configurator offers one flat size, and it is the size below. Design it as one flat sheet with the scores marked, never as two separate faces.
Keep text off the score lines. Ink cracks on a crease exactly as it does on a brochure fold, and the score positions are set by the die, so confirm them with us before a long run.

The mistake with a table tent is designing two separate faces. It is one flat sheet, scored twice. Here is the flat size and where the scores land.
A table tent is one flat sheet, 4 x 16.25 inches, scored twice. Two faces and a base flap that tucks under. Design it flat with the scores marked, never as two separate pages.
One flat sheet, two scores, three panels
A table tent is printed as a single flat piece and folded into a triangle: two faces that a customer reads and a base flap that tucks under and holds it up. The press scores it twice so it folds cleanly instead of cracking the ink.
Set your artwork up as one flat sheet at the size below, with the score positions marked as guides. Both faces read the same way up when it is standing, so the artwork for them sits head to head on the flat sheet, not side by side.
What the base flap is for
The third panel is not a third face. It tucks under and is usually glued or taped, so anything printed on it is hidden. Leave it plain and keep your message on the two faces above it.
Common questions
Questions about table tent sizes
What size is a table tent?
4OVER4 prints one flat size, 4 x 16.25 inches, which folds into a two-faced tent with a base flap.
Do I design a table tent as two pages?
No. It is one flat sheet scored twice. Design it flat at the size above with the scores marked, and remember the two faces sit head to head.
What goes on the third panel?
Nothing that has to be read. It is the base flap, which tucks under and is hidden once the tent is standing.
How much bleed does a table tent need?
0.125 inches on every edge of the flat sheet.
