It comes back as vector, so it scales from a label to a roll of wrapping paper without going soft, and you can recolour it in any vector editor.

Check the repeat before you print a long run. A pattern that tiles perfectly is hard, and the preview beside the result is there so you can see the joins rather than take our word for it.

The tile, and the repeat

Why vector matters for a pattern

A pattern goes on a label an inch across and on a roll of paper a metre wide, often in the same order. As vector it holds its edge at both, and you can recolour it to match a brand in any vector editor.

Seamless is a claim, so we show you

A tile that repeats without a visible seam is genuinely hard, and every tool that offers patterns quietly hopes you will not look. The result here is shown repeated four times across, so you can run your eye along the joins before you commit to a roll.

If you can see where one tile ends, try again with a simpler, more evenly spaced idea. Dense, busy patterns hide seams; sparse ones show them.
