Every marketplace wants a different shape
Amazon wants a square, Etsy a wide 4:3 and Instagram a tall 4:5. Upload the wrong shape and the site crops it for you, sometimes through the product. Pick the marketplace here and the photo comes out at its exact pixel size.
Fit on white keeps the whole product on white, filling 80 to 85 percent of the frame. Fit on a soft blur fills the empty space with a blurred copy of your photo instead. Fill and crop covers the whole frame and trims the edges.
