Put Your Whole Store in One Booklet
A retail catalog puts your lineup, product photos, prices and story in one booklet a shopper flips through on the couch or at the counter. Mail it as a seasonal guide, hand it to a buyer as a wholesale line sheet, or leave it on the counter as a lookbook. For the same saddle-stitched build without the retail framing, see Standard Booklets; the rest of the retail range is in the retail printing collection.
A run of 100 is $361.37 and 300 come to $495.38, about $1.65 each, as set out in our bulk discounts. The tiers below show the total at each step.
What Sizes and Page Counts Can a Retail Catalog Be
The 5.5" x 8.5" catalog fits a pocket and costs less to mail, good for a compact product guide. The 8.5" x 11" gives the familiar magazine page, with room for large photos and detailed specs, and the square 11" x 11" reads like a lookbook for a boutique. Page counts go up in fours, from 8 pages (a cover plus 4 inside) to 60, because each sheet folds into four pages at the staple. To see a catalog come off the press, watch the standard catalogs video overview. The panel below lists the page, stock, cover, ink, binding and proof choices.
Which Stock and Ink
100# Gloss Text makes product photos pop, 100# Silk/Matte Text cuts glare on pages full of copy, and 70# Uncoated Text reads soft and takes a pen. For the cover, match the inside or wrap the book in 80# Gloss Cover or a firm 14pt Gloss Cover that gives the catalog a real front. Set the ink to 1/1 black when the inside is mostly text, such as a wholesale line sheet, and it costs 18% less than full color. Short binding along the shorter edge adds 15%.
How Much Do Retail Catalogs Cost
A run of 1,000 is $618.39, near $0.62 a copy, and each extra page count adds to the base price. Drag the slider below to your count and see the run total and the per-booklet cost together.
Wally turns your whole lineup into one booklet
Why a $240.55 stack of catalogs sells while you sleep.

A run of 25 retail catalogs starts at $240.55, and every extra copy costs less, down to about $0.24 each at 5,000. Full color on 7 stocks, saddle-stitched, in sizes up to a square 11 by 11 inch. Pick your pages, set your speed, and Wally prints a catalog your customers keep.
How Fast Can You Get Retail Catalogs Printed
Retail catalogs print on a 7 business day standard turnaround. Moving to 6 days adds 5% to the base price, 5 days 10%, 4 days 15%, 3 days 25%, 2 days 50% and next day 100%. Because a catalog is a bigger commit than a single card, lock the file first with a free online proof or a next-day hardcopy proof you can page through.
How Do Retail Catalogs Compare to the Rest of the Range
For a single folded sheet instead of a booklet, see Standard Brochures. The panel below sets the catalog beside Retail Counter Cards, Retail Labels and Retail Hang Tags from the retail range.
What Do Businesses Use Retail Catalogs For
Shops mail seasonal catalogs to bring past customers back, wholesalers hand buyers a line sheet with every item, size and price, and showrooms leave catalogs on the counter so browsers take the whole range home.

Retail Catalogs: Frequently Asked Questions
Can I print a small run to test a season?
Yes. Twenty-five catalogs is the smallest run, low enough to test a lookbook before you commit to a full mailing.
Can the catalogs be hole-punched for a binder?
No. Three-hole punching is not offered on this product, so a saddle-stitched catalog is made to be handed out or mailed rather than filed.
