File retention is not guaranteed, so keep your own backup of your artwork for reorders.

- To reorder, let the team know you want the same design produced again, with your file ready.
- Want a small change on the reorder? Send the updated file and a new proof is generated before printing.
To check whether a past file is still available, contact support with the original order number and roughly when it was placed; if it is, the team can set up the reprint from that stored file.
