Providing the order number makes the retrieval faster.
File retention is not guaranteed, so keep your own backup of every approved file. Give the order or invoice number, the product name, and the approximate order date. Files usually come back as PDF or AI. For an exact repeat, tell support the design has not changed; a changed design is a new order.
