Why won't the template download or load on your website?

If a page or template will not load or download, the cause is almost always local to your browser rather than the file itself. A few quick checks usually fix it, and 4OVER4 support can always email the template straight to you.

• Refresh the page, then try a different browser, since one browser's settings or extensions can block downloads.
• Clear your cache and cookies, then reload the page.
• Make sure you are signed in, since some template downloads require an account.
• Temporarily disable ad blockers, download-blocking extensions or a VPN that might interrupt the download.
• Check that pop-ups and downloads are allowed for the site.
• Still stuck? Contact 4OVER4 support with the product and size (for example a 2 x 3.5 business card) and ask them to send the template files by email.
