How do I request a custom template if it's not available on the website?

For a custom product or size not posted on the site, support can create a template for you.

• Contact customer support with your product and size.
• Tell them your design software, such as Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
• They can provide a PDF template tailored to your specifications.

Naming your software up front means the template arrives in a format you can open right away.

Give the exact finished size, the orientation, any folds, die-cuts or special shapes, and which sides print; a link to the product page helps. Support emails back a template with trim, bleed and safe area marked, and can send a layered Illustrator (AI) file if you ask. Keep the template dimensions unchanged, design inside the safe area, then upload your print-ready file. For products on the site, free blank templates and the Canvs online designer are already sized with bleed.
