Question
What should I do if the template download tool isn't working or is loading slowly?
Answer
If the template download tool is slow or not responding, you do not have to wait it out. The support team can send the files to you directly by email.
- Email the support team to request the templates you need.
- Include the product name and size so they send the right file.
- Templates are sent over as soon as possible.
- A quick browser refresh or retry sometimes clears a temporary loading issue too.
