What should I do if I'm not happy with my online proofs?

If a proof is not right, you do not have to accept it. Reject it with clear feedback and 4OVER4 will regenerate a corrected proof for you.

• Click Reject Proofs in your 4OVER4 account.
• Enter exactly what needs changing in the comments section (layout, orientation, color placement).
• A technician reviews your files and comments and updates the proof.
• You receive a new proof link once the updated files are ready.

Keep in mind online proofs are low-resolution and meant to confirm orientation and layout. The final print uses the high-resolution files you supplied.
