Question
How do online proofs work, and what does it mean if proofs are rejected?
Answer
Free online proofs give you a last look before anything prints. The status labels can be a little confusing, so here is what they mean.
- You receive a proof link by email to review and approve.
- A "rejected" status simply means the proof has not been approved yet.
- The order cannot move to print until you approve the proof.
If you see rejected, nothing failed. It just means your approval is still pending.
