If your file needs changes before it prints, send the corrected version to customer service with a clear note about what changed. The team updates the file in the system and issues revised proofs for your approval before production continues.

• Provide the corrected file, ideally as a print-quality PDF in CMYK with bleed.
• Spell out exactly what was changed so the update is applied to the right elements.
• Reference the order number so the new file replaces the correct one.
• Review the revised proof and approve it before the job moves forward.
