What happens if I need a quantity that isn't listed on your standard options?
Answer
Most orders are placed at the standard quantity tiers shown on the product page. A quantity between two tiers is priced at the next tier up. Custom quantities, and runs above the top tier, are quoted by the estimates department: contact support with the product and the exact quantity, and include your timeline if it is urgent. For fewer pieces than the smallest listed quantity, contact support too.
- In most cases, choose from the listed quantity options.
- Some complex jobs, such as large multi-page booklets, may allow intermediate quantities based on material minimums.
- Contact support to check whether your specific project qualifies for an exception.
If your quantity falls between tiers, reach out before ordering so the right option can be confirmed.
