4OVER4 supports the standard print file formats. If you hit a "File Not Supported" message, it usually just means the file needs to be exported a different way.
- Re-save your artwork in a different accepted format, such as PDF, AI, or EPS.
- Flatten complex files and export a clean print-ready PDF if the original will not upload.
- Make sure the file is not corrupted or password protected.
