What's the file size limit for uploading to 4OVER4?

The maximum size for a direct upload on the site is 150 MB. Files under that upload normally to your order; larger files simply need a different delivery method.

• Up to 150 MB: upload directly to your order.
• Over 150 MB at checkout: choose "upload files later" to complete the order.
• Send it another way: email it or share it via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another cloud service, and send support the link with your order number.
• Reduce size: where possible, flatten the file to cut its size without dropping below 300 DPI.
• Support attaches it: the team adds the file to your order, can arrange a direct upload for oversized files, and posts a proof for approval.

A blank screen after uploading can mean the file is too large or the browser stalled: refresh, try another browser such as Chrome or Firefox, or flatten or zip the file.
