To use a saved design for a free product order, generate the order from the Loyalty Marketing section, then attach your saved file to it.
- Find the Loyalty Marketing section in the top middle area under the search bar.
- Generate the order for your free product there.
- Download your saved design from the design tool.
- Upload that file to the free product order.
