How do I submit design files to 4OVER4 for an order?

You can get files to 4OVER4 a few ways, whichever suits your file size best. Whatever route you pick, aim for a print-ready file so it moves straight into proofing.

Ways to submit:

• Upload directly during the ordering process on the website. The upload step appears after you choose your product options and add the item to your cart, with slots for each side (such as front and back). You can also upload later from the order in your account, or through the File Upload link emailed after you place the order.
• Email your files to the support team, or simply reply to your order confirmation email with the file attached. Always include your order or job number so the file lands on the right job.
• Use WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar link for very large files.
• Prefer to send artwork later? Choose the upload files later option at checkout.

If you upload more than one version, the most recent file is the one used for proofing and production. Label files clearly and note any placement or layout instructions, especially for folded or multi-panel pieces. If you chose the free online proof, it is posted once your files are reviewed and you are notified by email, and production begins only after you approve it.
