Question
How do I submit video or multimedia files for printing?
Answer
Video and other multimedia files do not go through the standard artwork uploader, which is built for print files. To make sure these files reach the right team, contact 4OVER4 sales for the correct submission email address before sending anything.
- Reach out to 4OVER4 sales and describe the file type and what you need it used for.
- They will give you the department email or transfer link to route it correctly.
- Reference your order or quote number so the file is matched to the right job.
- For very large media files, ask whether a transfer service such as WeTransfer is preferred over email.
Routing multimedia through the correct channel keeps it from getting lost in the standard print queue.
