- Review before committing: the proof shows the layout so you can catch issues early.
- Ask questions: use the order comments to raise specific file concerns.
Worried about text near edges, grommets, or other elements? Ask support to look at the file. When the proof posts, zoom to 100% to spot cropping or low-resolution images. If you chose a proof, nothing prints until you approve it. If your files do not show in your account, contact support with your order number.
