Can I get my old design files back if they're no longer showing in My Designs?

If a design has dropped out of your My Designs dashboard, it may still be archived on 4OVER4's side and tied to a past order. Support can locate it, though getting it back into your dashboard is a manual step.

• Contact 4OVER4 support with the old order number that used the design.
• Support can retrieve and send you the archived design file.
• Archived files are not automatically restored to My Designs, so you will need to re-upload or recreate the file if you want it saved there again.
• Once re-added, keep it in your account so it stays available for future reorders.
