Can I change the design or files in an existing order?
Answer
Files on an order that is already placed are locked in. To use different artwork you start a new order rather than editing the current one.
- You cannot swap the file on an order that has already been submitted.
- For any design change, place a new order and upload the new file.
- If the order has not entered production yet, contact support quickly to see what is still possible.
- Locking files this way protects the proof you already approved.
