Question

Can I get my completed project files as JPEGs or a ZIP file?

Answer

Yes. You can request your finished files in a different format if you need them for your own records or reuse.

  • Ask for the completed files as JPEGs, or bundled in a .zip.
  • Contact support with your order details and the format you want.
  • The team provides the files you requested.

Just reach out with the specific format, and support will get the files over to you.
