Yes, you can switch a product from portrait to landscape. The place to request it is the proof review stage, where your feedback goes straight to the design team.
To change the orientation:
- During proof review, note clearly that you want the layout rotated to landscape, or back to portrait
- Confirm that your text and images still sit correctly inside the safe area in the new orientation
- Wait for the updated proof and approve it before production begins
The design team will adjust your proof to the requested orientation and repost it for your approval.
