Can I still view my proof after my order has been sent to production?

Answer

Proofs are meant for review and approval before an order goes to production. Once you approve a proof and the job is sent to press, the design is locked in and can no longer be edited.

  • Review and approve happen before production.
  • Once printing starts, the design is locked; before that, changes after approval go through support.
  • If you need a copy of your approved proof, contact support and the team can help.
  • If you have a question about your file after production has started, support can still look into it.
