What should I do if my proof doesn't match what I ordered?

If a proof does not match the specs you ordered, reject it with clear comments and it will be reposted with your corrections.

• Open the proof and note exactly what is wrong, such as size, color, orientation, or a missing element.
• Reject the proof and describe the needed corrections in the comment section.
• Contact 4OVER4 support with your order number and details if you need a hand.
• The corrected proof is reposted for your review.

Note: you cannot delete files you already uploaded, but the most recently uploaded file is always the one used for proofs.
