What happens if I make changes after approving my final proof?

Once you approve your final proof, the artwork is considered finalized and locked for print. That approval is a commitment that the file is exactly as you want it.

• No further changes should be made after approval.
• Missed details, spelling errors, and last-minute edits found after approval are not the print team's responsibility.
• If the job has not yet entered production, contact support immediately to see whether a hold is still possible.

Because the window closes at approval, review the proof slowly and completely before you sign off.
