Yes. Spotting an issue on the proof is exactly what the review step is for, and changes are welcome before you approve. Reach out to support with the specific corrections you need.
- Contact support with your order number and the exact changes required, for example punch-hole position, sizing, or other specifications.
- Or reject the proof directly and add your revision comments so the team knows what to fix.
- The team applies the changes and posts an updated proof for you to review.
You can repeat this loop until the proof is correct. Nothing goes to print while a proof is still pending your approval.
