How does the proof approval process work if I reject an initial proof?

Rejecting a proof puts the job back in the file team's hands for correction. Nothing prints until a revised proof is approved, so the cycle can repeat as many times as needed to get it right.

The flow looks like this:

• You review the first proof in your account and choose to reject it.
• You add clear notes about what needs to change, such as a color correction or a text edit.
• The production team applies your feedback and posts a new proof.
• You review the revised proof and either approve it or reject again with further notes.
• Once you approve, the order moves into production.

Specific and detailed feedback shortens the loop, so mention exact wording, colors, or placement rather than general impressions.
