Proofs are created automatically from the file you upload and the print specifications you selected, so what you see reflects your actual artwork and settings.

• The system builds an automatic proof the moment your file is matched to your chosen size, stock, and finishing.
• Some jobs need a quick manual adjustment by the production team, for example to make sure a round or die-cut shape is formatted correctly.
• You get to review the finished proof before it enters production, so any auto-generated quirk can be caught early.

If the proof does not look the way you expect, reject it and leave notes so the team can regenerate a corrected version.
