Do I need to approve proofs before my order is finalized?

You have full control over how much review your order gets before it prints. There are three paths, and you pick the one that fits your comfort level.

Choosing Straight to Production means you waive the review step, so only pick it when you are confident your file is print-ready.

When your order status reads Online Proofs Available, the proof is ready and waiting on your approval. Handle it from your account to keep the job moving.

• Log into your account and open the order.
• Review the proofs for accuracy.
• Approve the proofs once they look correct.
• Authorize the order so it can proceed to production.

Straight To Production still passes a file review, and you are contacted only if there is an issue the team cannot fix. A Hard Copy Proof costs $75 on most products ($150 for multi-page books or die-cut to shape); it prints 1 to 2 business days after you accept the online proof, and it must be signed and returned before production.
