When will I see a proof of my order, and can I request changes before production?

Once your order is placed, an online proof is generated for your review and approval. You must approve that proof before production starts, and yes, you can request changes at that stage.

• Watch for the email letting you know your proof is ready to view.
• Open it in your account and check layout, text, color, and trim.
• To change anything, reject the proof and add revision comments, or upload a corrected file.

If you chose Approve Without Proof at checkout but still want to review it, contact support right away, as reopening the review may push your delivery date.
