Can I order a replacement if I made an error on my printed cards?

The file you approve on the digital proof is exactly what goes to press, so if an error slips through and you catch it after approval, a corrected version needs a fresh order.
- A replacement set is placed as a new order, and we can send a discount as a courtesy.
- The one-time free business card promotion applies once per account, so it cannot be reused for a reprint.
- No-charge reprints apply only when the delivered product does not match the proof you approved, meaning a production error on our side, not an error in the artwork you signed off on.
- Reopen your saved design, fix the mistake, and reorder in a few clicks.
Before you approve, slow down on spelling, phone numbers, and anything near the trim edge. A careful proof review is the cheapest insurance against a reprint.
