What does it mean if I don't receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

A missing confirmation email does not mean your order was lost. If the payment was authorized and charged, the order has been submitted and sent to print even without an email in your inbox.

• Check that your payment was authorized as a sign the order went through.
• Look in your spam or promotions folder in case the confirmation was filtered.
• Contact our support team with your order details to confirm the status.
• The team can verify the order is in production and resend confirmation if needed.

You can also log in and check the order under My Orders. If the order is there but not yet approved, open it and click Continue to approve the proofs and complete the order. An order exists once checkout gives you an order number. You choose which order emails you receive in your account, so check those settings too.
