The 'Order is Printing' email means your job has reached the print stage. What happens next depends on whether your product needs extra finishing.

| No extra finishing (no scoring, folding, perforating, die-cutting) | typically ready to ship or pick up by the next business day |
| With finishing steps | moves to the bindery stage after printing, so it usually will not be ready the same business day; a follow-up email arrives once the job is complete |
Either way, you will receive another email when the order is completed and shipped, or when it is ready for pickup. Do not pick up your order until you receive the email confirming it is READY.
