Can I apply a discount code after my order has been placed?
Answer
No. Once an order is approved and sent to print, a discount can no longer be applied. Promo codes need to go in at checkout, before you submit.
- Enter at checkout: add your promo code before submitting the order.
- After approval: discounts cannot be applied once the job is sent to print.
- Tip: confirm the discount is reflected in your total before approving.
If you are unsure whether a code applied, check the order total before you finalize.
