How do I know if my order has been approved and sent to print?
Answer
Your order is confirmed as approved and sent to print once you complete the approval flow in your account. Here is how you know it is done:
- Approve all proofs: review and accept every proof for the job.
- Click AUTHORIZE: this final action approves the order and releases it to print.
- Receive confirmation: you get confirmation that production has begun.
If you have approved and authorized but are unsure of the status, contact support and we can confirm your job is in production.
